Net24 is seeking a dedicated and motivated helpdesk professional to join our team providing 1st and 2nd level customer service and technical support.
Net24 is a leading New Zealand provider of Internet hosting services including domain names, email, web and server hosting.
In this role you will be assisting clients via phone and email with support queries ranging from email configuration to complex web hosting issues. If you enjoy autonomy, engaging with people and being able to use your initiative to resolve issues then this may be the role for you. To help you succeed in this role we will provide in-house training and ongoing support to develop your skills.
Resolving technical issues with domain names, email and web hosting
Must have excellent phone and written communications skills
This is a permanent role based in Christchurch, Monday to Friday, in a fun and dynamic working environment. Remuneration based on experience plus attractive benefits will be offered to the successful applicant.
