Unable to access Plesk Server Administrator

Issue
When trying to connect to the Plesk Server Administrator you receive a
connection failed or timeout error.
Solution
The Plesk Server Administrator listens for SSL connections on port 8443,
because this is not a standard web service port some firewalls may block access.
To resolve this problem check your computers software firewall and any hardware
firewall or security appliances which may sit in front of your computer.
