Rapid Anti-Spam & Virus for Hosted Email
Take back control of your inbox by eliminating spam and viruses with Rapid Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus Zero hour protection. Net24’s Rapid technology continuously utilises information collected on a global basis from over 30 million network probes to identify and block spam and virus outbreaks in real-time.
Rapid Anti-Spam and Virus is optionally combined with an email hosting plan to protect mailboxes hosted by Net24 or can be ordered as an outsourced solution for protecting mail servers with our RapidMX Anti-Spam/Virus service.
The RAPID technology can recognise unique recurrent patterns in new email attacks within the first 1.5 minutes. RAPID is equally effective against spam, fraud, phishing, malware and viruses. Rather than evaluating each individual message, the RAPID approach analyzes large volumes of Internet traffic in real-time and outbreaks are identified as soon as they emerge. The result is instant protection from new outbreaks - far ahead of rules, signatures or software updates.
The flow diagram below represents the classification process for a new message.
