BackupMX - Backup Mail Servers
BackupMX provides secondary mail servers that will accept and queue email for your domain in the event that your primary email server is unavailable. Once the primary mail server returns online, the queued email is then delivered.

How It Works
BackupMX works with your existing mail server setup without any changes required to your mail server.
Your DNS records are changed so that the BackupMX mail servers are listed as lower priority MX records and will accept and queue email for your configured users in the event that a mail server cannot deliver mail to the higher priority mail server. BackupMX will automatically attempt to deliver the queued messages every 30 minutes for 5 days.
BackupMX is configured in just two easy steps:
1) Add your email users individually, or in bulk through the administrator's web portal
2) Contact your DNS provider to add a lower priority MX record pointing to the BackupMX gateway
You're done! - Backup mail services are now active for your domain and email users.
Pricing & Ordering
BackupMX is priced per email user and is available in blocks of five users. You can increase or decrease the number of accounts at any time.
