IBM Remote Supervisor Adapter

The IBM Remote Supervisor Adapter is included standard with all Enterprise Dedicated Servers and allows full IP KVM and remote power controls. Use a web browser to securely access the server's console, view the boot up sequence, mount local disk drives, restart the server and much more.

  • Remote Console Access Over IP
    Use a web browser to securely login and remotely interact with the server's console. Watch the server boot or access the bios settings just like being at the data centre!
  • Remote Power Control
    Hard reset the server if a warm reboot is not possible or if the server is unresponsive.
  • Independently Powered Adapter
    Enables around-the-clock access to the server, even when the server is powered down.
  • Remote Disk Attachment
    Enables the attachment of a remote disk drive, CD-DROM drive or disk image to the server for remote installation of software and drivers.
  • Automated Server Restart
    Configurable scheduled or automatic server restart if a system hang is detected by the adapter.
